Severe flooding damaged this residence. The home was vacant, and over a Colorado winter, the house experienced a furnace malfunction. Because there was no one tending to the home at the time, the pipes froze, causing several pipe fractures throughout the entire structure. Once springtime elevated the temperature above freezing, the house flooded extensively, and remained saturated for days. Jim Black Construction mitigated the water, evaluated the structure, and constructively restored the home to a safe, mold-free environment.
