Contents Restoration Resources

Irreplaceable family heirlooms and valuable possessions are often damage by water, fire, smoke, or mold. These situations require home and business content removal and relocation for prompt and thorough content cleaning and restoration.

It is often easier, safer, and more cost-efficient to relocate the contents off-site for proper content restoration. At Jim Black Construction, we strive to help return your items to their pre-damaged condition.

We employ an in-house team of professional technicians for all your contents restoration needs.  We will pack, catalogue and move your valuable items and restore the damage from fire, smoke, water and more. Our state-of-the-art tracking system assures that all contents removed by JBC are returned to your home once they have been cleaned to pre-damage conditions. Once your contents are cleaned and restored, they are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse until they are ready to be returned to you. If your items are not salvageable, Jim Black Construction’s team will document their condition and generate a list to help with your insurance claim.
