A house fire began in the basement. The fire created catastrophic damage to the home’s foundation and framing. After proper testing, we found the structure had asbestos present and needed to be properly abated. Jim Black Construction was granted a permit from the state to demolish the property, and worked closely with the owners, architects and engineers to totally redesign this residential structure from the ground up.
